Esgair is a newly furbished comfortable house in the beautiful quiet of the Welsh countryside, which provides exceptional self-catering accommodation for 2 to 7 people {a sofa bed is available to sleep extra if required}. It is settled between the diverse counties of Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, two of the most scenic and picturesque areas of South Wales.
This spacious, newly renovated three-bedroom house overlooks the rolling green valleys of Meidrim and St Clears and is settled between the diverse counties of Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, two of the most scenic and picturesque areas of South Wales.
The house has been updated with a view to combining a modern look with a traditional feel to reflect the original farmhouse that Esgair formerly was. The dining room can easily accommodate 8, and a cook's island in the large kitchen makes a great social area as well as making meal preparation simple. The living room is spacious, light and airy with French doors and solid oak flooring yet cosy and warm in winter when the wood-burning stove in the quarry stone fireplace is lit. The French doors open out onto a large balconied veranda with outdoor furniture and a barbeque area. The large and beautifully maintained gardens overlook one of the prettiest valleys in West Wales, which makes spending time outdoors at Esgair an absolute pleasure. Well-lit paths and an off-road parking area add the finishing touches to this lovely house.
Sleeping accommodation at Esgair is plentiful and can comfortably sleep up to 7. This includes an en-suite master bedroom, further double bedroom and bunk bed bedroom with a pull-out single spare bed, both located next to a large family bathroom. Also provided is a double sofa bed in the living room for the 8th and 9th person to comfortably sleep.
Wi-fi internet access is available throughout the house and all bedrooms have digital free-view televisions to provide well loved home-comforts whilst you enjoy your break at Esgair House
Pets
Pets are also welcome in Esgair house. There is a charge of £25 per pet and guests must respect that pets are restricted to the ground level of the house only. For more information please contact us directly.
